Remeber to read the Terms & Conditions before commissioning me! Proceeding with a commission means that you agree with my terms & conditions

Once you're interested in a commission please make sure to contact me on one of my social media, that can be Twitter, Instagram, or Discord, all of those can be found in the main page

You'll give me information about what you want for your commission (Character you want to be drawn, the pose, clothing, tye type of commission, etc.)

Once both are happy with what will be done, the commission will start after I receive a 50% of the total payment, getting the second payment when the commission is done (Considering the complexity of your commission I will decide if the price will increase)

Once the Commission is done, I'll send you a watermarked version of the finished product to know if you want any changes or if you like it, If so, you'll send me the 50% remaining of the payment, and I'll send you the .Png of the image you ordered

Even if the commission is finished, you can still reach out to me if there's anything you'd like to be changed so you can feel 100% happy with your product (Extra charges might apply)

I have full rights to reject a commission if it's on the list of things I won't draw, if it's out of my area of expertise, if the commission is too complicated for me, or if I'm unavailable; in the last case you can always try to commission later in the future or reach an agreement to be put on a waitlist

My commissions are not for comercial uses, they're for personal uses, if you'll use it for comercial uses you must tell me before ordering the commission

Depending on the complexity of the illustration you want to order, the contents in it, or if it's going to be used for commercial purposes, the price of the illustration may increase

The payment method will be through PayPal's invoice system in $ (USD) Currency, if you do not know how that works, message me so I can guide you through the process; the payment method will stay as this unless stated otherwise by me

Refunds can only be done before I start working on the commission, once I've started working on it (And you receive the first progress image of the product) I have all the rights to reject a refund

Even after the commission, I still have full rights of the illustration done, if you're going to post it to your own social media, use it as a profile pic or banner, or other uses, be sure to give me the respective credits for the work done

Depending on the situation the commission may take longer than expected, if that happens it will be informed to you

You aren't allowed to upload my commissions as NFT's, nor you're allowed to use them for AI training. This cannot be negotiated
